Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day casino-style
MISSISSIPPI — St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner bringing with it thoughts of four-leaf clovers, lucky leprechauns and pots of gold — or, in some cases, pots of bonus slot play and cash. While St. Patrick’s Day is Monday, March 17, there are a number of casino promotions and dining specials (green beer, anyone?) throughout the month to help to mark the holiday.

Players club members are earning entries now for both giveaways.
Restaurants also show their St. Patrick’s spirit with Irish specialties on March 17. The Buffet has corned steamship of corned beef, lamb stew, colcannon (cabbage, potatoes and caramelized onions) and traditional smothered cabbage. Lunch ($14.99) is served 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and dinner ($27.99) is served 4 to 10 p.m. The Diner has a Reuben sandwich served with onion rings and choice of house salad or leek and potato soup ($15) from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. C&G Grille offers corned beef over a spinach potato pancake with choice of soup or salad ($17) from 10:30 a.m. to 10
p.m. And the Dockside Deli offers a choose of entrées: corned beef tacos with spinach
slaw ($19) or corned beef quesadilla ($19), both with soup or salad choice and served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
